The Reggie Award of Excellence is judged by our piers in the building industry that consist of four judges that will visit and score each home. This is based on design, value, quality and craftsmanship. Each award is presented annually.
People's Choice Award:
The People's Choice Award is an award that honors what consumers say are the best homes when judged against what they would consider an ideal home for the price. Visitors can rank areas like kitchen, curb appeal and bathrooms as well as write in the best feature of the home they visit. Like the Reggie Award of Excellence this is also awarded annually.

In Regard to: Custom Home Building -- Nettum Construction
As I/we sit here enjoying our morning coffee, I find myself almost overwhelmed by the beauty of our new home, not only the superb craftsmanship, but also the guidance by our builder/contractor…Nettum Construction.
The house that my husband and I chose had to integrate both our personal wishes in a home, the beauty of the lot, and stay within our agreed upon budget. All three of these factors were met.
At the beginning of this journey, Mr. Nettum helped us with our lot selection. He had a sound vision of which lot would work best with the type of home we wished to build. Since we knew very little about the area or the bluff that we chose to build upon, the input from Jeffrey Nettum was not only honest and valuable, but critical. He had a vision that indeed produced the best result possible. In fact, we could have made a very costly and unsound decision. (He researched the area and did the footwork necessary to make this educated decision. We would not have known where to even start.)
Next, we sat with a very talented architect who listened to our personal needs for several hours, and sketched the beginnings of a perfect plan.
The selections within a home can be overwhelming, but it was organized in such a way from Nettum Construction that everything was detailed and easy to follow. I found the allowances complimented high quality choices and options, which is what I wanted. Jeff Nettum was always willing to answer questions.
While we were busy planning selections for our home, Nettum Construction was building our dream. The knowledge that Jeff Nettum was at our home I believe daily was more than comforting. He was on top of every little detail of our home…checking that everything met our/his satisfaction. He was also confirming decisions with us along the way. The perfectionist that he is meant superb subcontractors and that things would be done exactly right. And things were perfectly done… Jeff made sure of it.
